I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist in Temecula, California providing virtual therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work, and my background spans educational, private, and government settings, including clinical work with veterans. As part of a military family myself, I also bring a personal understanding of the transitions, uncertainty, and relationship challenges that can accompany military life.
My clinical approach draws heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), blending deeper insight with practical strategies to help clients understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.

My Approach
My approach is grounded in compassion and accountability. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely seen and supported, while also being challenged with care. Through a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship, I help clients recognize patterns and gain new perspectives, while creating lasting change. I care deeply about clients and work collaboratively with them to build a life that feels more aligned with who they want to be.

A Relational Framework
I believe that healing begins with the quality of our connections. My approach is rooted in a warm, relational framework that prioritizes the depth of the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and transformation.
By integrating evidence-based modalities with a compassionate, personalized lens, we create a safe space where you can explore the complexities of your relationships and rediscover the connections that matter most to you.
Therapy that goes beyond the session.

Self-Work & Growth
Growing up can be complicated. I help pre-teens and teens navigate anxiety, self-esteem, friendships, family relationships, school stress, and the many changes that come with adolescence. With extensive experience supporting young people, I focus on building genuine connection and creating a space where they feel comfortable opening up, understanding themselves, and developing skills that carry into everyday life.
I have completed Level 1 & 2 Training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and use these methods in my work with couples and families to work through communication problems and build stronger connections.
The relationship you have with yourself shapes everything else. Therapy can help you challenge old patterns, build self-trust, and create meaningful change in how you see yourself, your relationships, and your life.
